Ingredients -
Maida/Refined flour - 1 and 1/4 cup
Processed Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Lukewarm milk - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/3 tsp or as per taste
Carrom seeds/Ajwain - 1/3 tsp (finely ground)
Oil - to fry
Method -
1) Any cheese processed or mozzarella can be used for these cheeselings.
2) Roll the sheet very thin.
3) While frying, keep in mind that the oil should be medium hot at first and slow down the gas immediately after adding cheeselings to fry.
4) You can keep the size and shape of the cheeselings according to your preference.

Cheese Namakpara Cheeselings recipe kids snack namkeen nashta recipe starter tea time snackMaida/Refined flour - 1 and 1/4 cup
Processed Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)

Method -
- Take refined flour in a big bowl. Add ghee, salt,ajwain and grated cheese to it. Mix all the things well. Add a little lukewarm milk to it and knead it to make a stiff dough. Mash the dough for 5 minutes. To knead this flour, take much milk if needed. Cover the dough and keep it for 20 minutes.
- When the dough is set, mash it for 2 minutes. Soft dough is ready. Divide the dough into four equal portions,prepare a round ball and roll out a thin sheet. Initially, lift it and roll it, but after the sheet is slightly larger, roll it by rolling the board and pressing it from the edges. After rolling the thin sheet, cut it into ½ inch pieces with a pizza cutter or knife.
- Keep the oil in the pan to heat. Heat the oil medium. Remove these cheeselings from the board with the help of a knife and put them for frying. Fry them on a low flame.
- Fry the cheeselings till they turn slightly brown. It does not take much time to fry them. Take out the fried cheeselings and put it on a plate covered with a napkin paper. Fry all the cheeselings likewise.
- After it cools down, fill it in any air tight container and keep eating for 15 to 20 days.
